Definitely a great location ... and who needs a car ... you can walk to the beach, the shops, the Marina, the Sunday Market, the restaurants, cafes and galleries plus the fabulous lookout (although the hill for this walk is rather steep) and so much more.

The apartment is fully self-contained, there are cooking facilities provided in the apartment, you can use the barbecue facilities available within the apartment complex or if you prefer to eat out or get takeaway the restaurants are all within an easy stroll from your front door.
